Individual coaching

If you are facing an important decision, feeling stuck or looking for clarity about your next steps, individual coaching can help you move forward.

Individual coaching is a one-to-one partnership focused on your goals. I help you clarify your aims, stay focused and recognise both blind spots and untapped potential.

My process-oriented approach sees each person as part of a wider system that is constantly changing. It helps you recognise inner obstacles that may hold back progress or change — first within yourself, and then in the world around you.

Some of the topics we can explore:

  • Setting and achieving goals
  • Developing communication skills
  • Understanding your motivations and values more deeply
  • Planning and navigating career changes
  • Preventing and resolving conflict

Team development and group coaching

When your team struggles to follow through on agreements, experiences tension or lacks a shared direction, team development and group coaching can help you improve collaboration and agree on the way forward.

Team development begins with understanding where you are now. I assess trust, clarity of roles and goals, motivation and overall wellbeing.

Together, we use these insights to create a development plan. Sometimes a single, well-facilitated team development day is enough to make a meaningful difference.

Common topics include:

  • Giving and receiving feedback
  • Running effective meetings
  • Innovation and learning from experience
  • Psychological safety
  • Resolving conflict

Drawing on my background in HR leadership, I can also support you with:

  • Designing and implementing people processes
  • Growing your team and recruiting new talent

Conflict resolution in teams

When tension gets in the way of working together, I act as an impartial mediator to help people understand its causes and reach workable agreements. We usually begin with separate initial meetings, continue with a joint conversation and review progress in a follow-up meeting.

Strategy and change facilitation

When your organisation needs a clear direction, shared goals or support with change, I help design and guide a process that involves people and turns discussion into concrete agreements and action.

I partner with leaders and teams to guide strategy development, goal-setting and organisational change. I help you understand your current situation, articulate your desired future and agree on priorities and next steps. Our work can range from a single strategy day to a longer process involving preparation, workshops and follow-up sessions.

As a facilitator, I provide structure and maintain focus so that everyone, including the leader, can contribute fully. I help bring different perspectives into the conversation, work through disagreements and build a shared understanding of decisions and responsibility for putting them into practice.

I can support you with:

  • Developing and renewing strategy: exploring your vision, mission and long-term direction, and agreeing on strategic choices and priorities.
  • Setting goals: connecting strategy with team goals, action plans and responsibilities, and agreeing on how to assess progress and success.
  • Planning and implementing change: exploring the need for change and its impact, involving key stakeholders, and working through concerns and resistance.
  • Agreeing on ways of working: clarifying organisational or team values, roles and shared working principles.
  • Supporting implementation over time: regular reviews, learning from experience, adapting plans and maintaining focus.

The aim is to bring strategy and change into everyday work: people understand the shared direction, know their role and can contribute to implementation and take responsibility for agreed actions.

Training, workshops and development programmes

If you want to develop your leadership and collaboration skills and apply them more consciously at work, training, workshops and development programmes offer space to learn and practise together.

My style as a trainer is participative and facilitative. I draw out the wisdom of the group through discussion and create opportunities to practise skills through exercises and simulations.

Examples of training and workshop topics:

  • Leadership essentials
  • Coaching as a leadership approach
  • Development conversations
  • Setting and achieving goals
  • Empathy and emotional intelligence in leadership
  • Building a collaborative culture
  • Peer supervision in teams
  • Mental wellbeing and burnout prevention

Examples of development programmes:

  • In-house leadership development programmes
  • Personal development programmes for leaders
