Reet Neemoja

Organisational psychologist
and development partner

I help leaders and teams grow with greater awareness, clarity and lasting impact.

About me

I am an organisational psychologist, coach and development partner with international experience in HR leadership.

As an organisational psychologist, I consider each person in the context of their working environment and relationships. I combine psychological knowledge with practical leadership experience to explore how individual needs, team relationships and organisational practices influence one another. Together, we can understand recurring challenges and find ways to create change that fit your situation.

I bring more than 20 years of experience supporting leaders and organisations, both from within organisations and as an external development partner. Depending on your needs, I work as a coach, facilitator, trainer, consultant or interim HR leader.

I have worked with organisations of many sizes and types in Estonia, and have also spent two extended periods abroad. I spent eight months contributing to business development with the European Commission in Kosovo, and six years living and studying in Portland, Oregon, USA, where I also worked as a therapist and counsellor. This international experience has broadened my perspective and strengthened my ability to support multicultural teams and leaders working across borders.

My training is in organisational psychology (Tallinn University, BSc, recognised as equivalent to a master’s degree). I deepened my studies through the Master of Arts in Process Work (MAPW) programme at the Process Work Institute in Portland. This equipped me to work systemically with individual and team processes, including conflict.

I have also completed coach training at the Global Coaching Institute.

Outside work, my nine-year-old son and our energetic bird dog are my everyday practice partners. They keep me applying what I teach in real life, with feedback that is immediate, honest and always an opportunity to learn.
